Multi-Agent AI Platform โ SaaS Product
Architected and deployed a self-hosted, containerized multi-agent AI platform on Azure, enabling autonomous agents to operate across enterprise business tools via the Model Context Protocol.
enterprise tool integrations via MCP โ Google Workspace, Xero, GitHub, Facebook, Discord
The Challenge
A SaaS company building an AI product needed a self-hosted, production-grade multi-agent platform that could autonomously execute tasks across multiple enterprise business tools. The platform needed to be containerized, secure, and capable of handling complex cross-platform workflows without relying on third-party API exposure.
Our Approach
We architected and deployed the full platform on Azure using Docker, implementing WebSocket gateway routing, Bearer token authentication, and an nginx reverse proxy with SSL/TLS via Let's Encrypt. MCP servers were integrated across Google Workspace, Xero Finance, Facebook, Discord, and GitHub โ enabling autonomous agents to execute cross-platform tasks. Complex infrastructure blockers were resolved including WebSocket port mapping issues, Azure NSG firewall rule conflicts, and SSL certificate validation failures. The project was delivered across five structured milestones covering requirements, containerized setup, feature integrations, documentation, and next-generation agent planning.
The Outcome
Five enterprise tool integrations delivered via MCP โ the platform enables autonomous AI agents to operate across Google Workspace, Xero Finance, Facebook, Discord, and GitHub without human intervention. Full internal documentation, agent specifications, and capability presentations delivered for stakeholder onboarding.
